Q1: What type of ink do NICETY markers use? Are they non-toxic?
A: Water-based acrylic ink with low odor and strong coverage. Materials and production are aligned with common international art/toy safety frameworks (e.g., EN71 / ASTM D-4236; see product page for batch labels).
Q2: Which surfaces do they work on?
A: Rock, wood, glass, ceramics, metal, canvas, paper, and some plastics (light sanding/primer may help on slick plastics). For smooth or outdoor use, seal the artwork with a clear varnish after it dries.
Q3: Are they waterproof and fade-resistant?
A: Once dry, they offer good water and light resistance. Apply a clear sealant for longer durability on high-touch or glossy surfaces.
Q4: Can I use them on mugs/plates? Are they dishwasher-safe?
A: Suitable for decorative purposes. Let the paint fully cure and seal per product guidance. Frequent washing or dishwashers will shorten longevity. Avoid direct contact with food surfaces.
Q5: Are they suitable for kids?
A: Yes, with adult supervision. Keep away from eyes/mouth and small parts from children under 3.
Q6: Do you offer replaceable nibs or refills?
A: Selected series support replaceable nibs; refills may vary by model—check the product page.
Q7: Will color differ from what I see on screen?
A: Minor differences are normal due to displays and surface absorption. Test on a small area of the same material first.
2) Use & Care
Q8: How do I activate a new marker?
A: Shake well with the cap on, then prime by gently pressing the tip on scrap paper 5–10 times until ink flows. Re-shake after long pauses or color changes.
Q9: What if the ink skips or looks pale?
A: Shake again → prime on scrap → write more slowly. If needed, clean or replace the nib (see Q11).
Q10: Tips for better adhesion on glass/metal?
A: Degrease and dust-off the surface (alcohol wipe), let it dry fully, then paint. Seal with clear varnish after full cure.
Q11: How do I fix a clogged nib?
A: Remove the nib, rinse briefly with lukewarm water, blot dry, reinsert, and prime. Replace worn nibs when necessary.
Q12: Storage to prevent drying?
A: Cap tightly after use. Store at room temperature away from extreme heat/cold. Give markers a shake every few weeks if idle.
Q13: How to clean stains on clothes or desks?
A: Wipe while wet with water and mild detergent. Fully dried paint is harder to remove—use a protective mat when crafting.

Q14: Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
A: We ship to US/CA/EU/UK/AU/BR/MX (and more). Processing is typically 1–2 business days; delivery estimates depend on the selected method and destination. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Q15: Do you offer Express/Expedited shipping?
A: Yes. Choose Express/Expedited at checkout; fees and ETA are shown there.
Q16: How do I track my order?
A: You’ll receive a shipping email with a tracking link. Tracking may take 12–24 hours to update after dispatch.
Q17: Taxes, duties, and VAT—how are they handled?
A: Depending on destination, charges may be collected at checkout (DDP) or upon delivery (DDU). The checkout page will indicate the option used. See Shipping Policy.

Q18: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Yes—within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. For defects/damage/wrong item, we cover return shipping. See Return & Exchange Policy.
Q19: What if my order arrives damaged or missing items?
A: Contact support@nicetyart.com within 7 days with photos/video and your order number. We’ll prioritize a free replacement or full refund.
Q20: When will I receive my refund?
A: After the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method in 3–5 business days (your bank may take additional time).
Q21: Do NICETY markers come with a warranty?
A: If you experience dry nibs, leakage, or flow issues under normal use, email support@nicetyart.com. Most cases are resolved via priming guidance, nib replacement, or a quick replacement where appropriate.
