NICETY Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your NICETY purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with returns, exchanges, or replacements.
1) Return Window & Eligibility

You have 30 business days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories (nibs, caps, color cards, manuals, trays, inserts).
2) How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email support@nicetyart.com with the following:

Your order number
-
Photos of the item and packaging
-
A brief description of the issue
-
Your preference: refund, exchange, or replacement
We will respond within 1 business day with an RMA number and next steps.
3) Exchanges

Same-item exchange:
A replacement will be sent once the carrier scans your return as “in transit,” or immediately if the item is confirmed defective. -
Different variant/color/set size:
We will process a return + new order, or charge/refund the price difference based on your preference.
4) Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Processing time: 3–5 business days after arrival at our warehouse. (Your bank may require additional time to post the credit.)

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.
5) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 business days of delivery at support@nicetyart.com.

Include photos or video showing the issue.

We will prioritize a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping, according to your choice.
6) Return Shipping Costs

Customer-initiated return (change of mind or ordered wrong item):
Customer pays return shipping. -
NICETY error (defect, damage, wrong item):
We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable postage.
7) Packaging & Condition Requirements
- Please pack returns securely to avoid transit damage.
Sets must include all markers, trays, and inserts. - Items that arrive used, stained with paint, missing parts, or not in resalable condition may receive a partial refund or be declined.
8) International Orders (US/CA)
- For eligible international orders (US/CA), all customs duties and import taxes are included in the total shown at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees on delivery.
- For returns or exchanges, NICETY will continue to cover any import fees; you are only responsible for the return shipping and the shipping cost of any replacement item.
9) Lost, Unclaimed, or Refused Deliveries

Parcels marked unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable due to address issues may return to us.
You may choose:-
Reship (additional shipping fee), or

Refund minus original shipping after the package is received back.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 7 business days so we can open a carrier investigation.
10) Bundles & Promotions
For bundle deals or free-gift promotions, all bundled items must be returned.
If a partial return is approved, the refund will be prorated and any kept gift may be charged at its standalone price.
11) Warranty Note
NICETY markers are designed for smooth flow and consistent coverage.
If you experience dry nibs, leakage, or poor coverage under normal use, email support@nicetyart.com — most issues can be resolved with tip replacement, priming guidance, or a quick product replacement where applicable.
