5) Address & Delivery

We cannot reroute packages once they have been handed over to the carrier, though we’ll assist when possible.

Carriers may require a signature for high-value orders or may deliver to a pickup point if no one is available.

6) Taxes, Duties & VAT
For U.S. and Canadian orders, prices displayed typically include applicable sales taxes or VAT, as required by local regulations.
7) Undeliverable, Refused, or Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed, you may choose:

8) Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

9) Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate parcels to speed up delivery.
You’ll receive separate tracking links for each shipment.
